Flow captures the essence of fluidity, movement, and a touch of mystique. Each kimono is meticulously crafted by local seamstresses and hand-dyed in Brinas Studio.

FABRIC

This fabric is made of TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers. This drape twill fabric has excellent drapability, creating a fluid and elegant garment appearance. The twill weave enhances the fabric's durability. The fabric allows for good airflow, making it breathable and comfortable to wear. Tencel can absorb moisture efficiently, keeping the skin dry and comfortable. It is fresh and soft to touch. It has a semi-matte touch and a firm texture, giving this kimono a versatile and elegant appearance.

TENCEL™ is recognized as a sustainable material as it originates from sustainably sourced wood pulp, primarily obtained from eucalyptus trees. Its environmentally friendly credentials are further reinforced by the fact that TENCEL™ has received the European Award for the Environment for its innovative closed-loop production system, promoting responsible resource management and reducing ecological impact. Fabric is certified according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® (product class 2). It is designed in Denmark, and manufactured in Turkey.

Every piece is absolutely unique. Some shades are hard to catch on the camera so they might look a bit different in reality.

MADE TO ORDER NOTE

The 'made-to-order' concept minimizes waste by initiating crafting only upon order placement, making it one of the most sustainable and environmentally friendly approaches to clothing production. Please allow us a production time of 2-4 weeks to complete your order, though we strive to deliver it sooner. It's important to note that made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

CARE

Natural colors are “living” colors and like all natural change and fade with time. To ensure lasting color wash cold with pH neutral detergent. Wash with similar colors, the first time separately. Avoid unnecessary sun exposure. Read more on how to take care of naturally dyed pieces.

PACKAGING

Every Brinas product comes with a plant-hand-painted product card and is packaged using recycled and/or biodegradable materials.
