Delivery & returns

Delivery of Brinas Studio products is possible within Slovenia, EU and most of the other countries in the world. Delivery is carried out by the Post of Slovenia with an online tracking option. 

Dispatching

How quickly you order can be dispatched depends on the product you purchase:

Brinas Shop products that are ready-made will be dispatched within 3 days of your purchase, unless notified otherwise.

Upcycle dyeing products are dyed once a month in batches and will be dispatched until end of each month.

Memoir dyeing products are made to order and processed in 1-3 weeks, depending on how quickly you send us your flowers and how busy the studio is. 

Gift certificates are ready-made and will be send out within 3 days of your purchase, unless notified otherwise.

Delivery time

After dispatching these are the approximate times you can expect your package to arrive: 

Slovenia: 1-3 days

EU: 5-7 days

REST OF THE WORLD: Approximately 1-2 weeks, but in reality that depends on the country.

These are delivery times as provided by the Post of Slovenia. We cannot take the responsibility for eventual delays in the delivery service. If you wish you can write to us to receive a tracking number and follow your package here.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the weight of the package and your location. They will be calculated after you proceed with your order to checkout. Please note that import fees may apply for orders outside the EU.

Packaging

Brinas Studio packaging is plastic-free and recyclable. We also encourage you to reuse the packaging.

Returns

Custom-made products  (upcycle dyeing and memoir dyeing service) are made to order and cannot be returned. 

Brinas Shop products can be returned. If you wish to return the product, please: Do that within 2 weeks after you’ve received the package. Notify us that you are returning the product by email to brinas.studio@gmail.com (we’d be happy to hear also what is the reason for your return, though that is not necessary). Send the product back in its original condition and original packaging, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and with the original tag attached.

You will receive a full refund of the price you’ve paid for the product within 14 days after the product is received back - if it is in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

When sending the product back we advise you to use a shipping option with a tracking method. You are responsible for paying for the shipping cost for returning the product. Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost items and can only refund for products that arrive safely back to us. 

If you wish to exchange the product (instead of refund) please reach out to us to brinas.studio@gmail.com. You will pay for the shipping cost for returning the product and we will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product to you.
